I have an active subscription with months to run, what happens?

Firstly, we're very sorry for this inconvenience. We have added the full set of courses to your My Account page, and you can download any course you need there for off line use.

Will there be more courses at another platform in the future?

It is possible that more courses might be released from one or both of us in future, but we can't promise this.

Will the courses stay on Udemy?

YES. The K8s and Istio courses are still maintained and supported. A new edition of each is quietly created every year, and this will continue for the foreseeable future.

I was planning to subscribe for access to archive material — is all that content lost?

Although there is a lot of value in the archive, we feel that with a lack of updates, the material is to old to realistically offer for sale.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — as long as you have an active subscription. We’d rather you download what you need, but the option is there. Contact us using the link above and we will action this.

I don’t have the bandwidth to download what I need — I preferred streaming. What can I do?
